Palmer Alley Improvements

Palmer Alley is the central east-west spine of the CityCenter DC development in downtown that supports pedestrian circulation and retail activity. The post-construction improvements included site furnishings that bring more color and texture to the space and to allow for retailers to express their identities, while creating a cohesive identity of the alley over three blocks.

Zinc planters were custom designed and fabricated for the space and the patina creates additional texture as it changes with age and the elements.
