900 New York Ave NW

Washington, DC

As the final parcel of the CityCenter DC development, 900 New York Ave seeks to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor space in this mixed use commercial and retail building. An indoor winter garden and planted interior terraces bring the outdoors in, while rooftop conference space allows for a sense of immersion in the adjacent plantings. Exterior planted terraces bring natural textures and colors to the higher building levels and contribute to a consistent connection with nature. The rooftop planting palette is designed to have interest in all seasons so that it can be used year round.
